The Power, the Capture and Release

This mystery thriller novel, ‘The Power, the Capture and Release’ is about a nurse who seeks revenge on a killer because she is tired of the abuse she sees in the community.

In the attempt to keep women safe, Carol, the caring respectful nurse, becomes unstable and unrealistic in her thinking and becomes a cruel vigilante.

Carol tries to involve law-abiding people to help her rid violence from the community and she becomes the type of person she is trying to dispose of.

Nurse Carol’s determination to capture the killer divides the community as she becomes obsessed with hunting down the killer.

This novel is set in Ipswich and surrounds during the 2011 floods, which is a hinderance to police as they try to find the killer, and everyone involved in the case, during the upheaval of a natural disaster.

The other two books in this series are still in manuscript form.

I have several other trilogy manuscripts in the pipeline, as I write a few books at once and leave them for a while before they go to print. I might add a few more chapters to these months later.

The next novel will go to print in 2023.
