It does not matter if you are unemployed because of Covid-19 or any other reason, here are 4 tips to survive unemployment.
 Tip 1: Stay healthy while you are unemployed; exercise and eat well, so that you are super fit when to go back to work.
Tip 2: It is impossible to survive on Centerlink/Social Security payments so be savvy and revamp your budget. Plus, there are charities who will assist you, so don’t be afraid to ask for assistance.
Tip 3: If you have mental health disorders/illness and find unemployment unbearable, don’t go it alone, get yourself a good counsellor, in Australia you can get this service for free if needed.
Tip 4: Emotions are hard to deal with at times, especially when unemployed. If you get frustrated at your situation don’t vent to Centrelink/Social Security staff, Centrelink staff cannot always distinguish between people’s frustrations and a bad attitude. It is better to vent on friends, family or a counsellor, your support system will be more understanding.
