My Self-Help books are about self-motivation, empowerment, and living a powerful, healthy life, pursuing your life to be the best you can, irrespective of what happens to you.
I write this way because of my endless years of working as a social worker and counsellor.
We all get discouraged about something or someone in life; the idea is not to remain that way. We need time to grieve, but when the time is right, we need to get up and move forward in life. Every end has a transition and a new beginning.
Here are some books that might benefit you.

‘The Power to Survive Unemployment.’

Unemployment is difficult for many reasons:
1. lack of money
2. perhaps loss of accommodation
3. strain on certain relationships.
4. difficulties you might experience with a case manager who exhibits negative behaviours and is unhelpful, at the unemployment centre.

Be assertive! Refuse to be bullied by any organisation or person! Obviously, you have to be polite to these Service Providers because they have the power over you while you are unemployed. But, reset your thinking to be a powerful person and plan a fulfilling life for yourself. Do what is required of you by the Service Provider but follow your own powerful path.
